I have been on medications for chronic back pain for just over a year, from various muscle relaxants and anti-spasm meds to the whole chain of opioids (Codeine, Tramadol, Dilaudid, OxyContin). I was also put on Gabapentin due to its supposed action on chronic pain. It did little to nothing for pain relief alone (the dose was 400mg, 3 times daily), but in combination with opioids (Tramadol and Oxycodone at first, then Tramadol alone at 400mg) it had a better effect. At the recommended doses, the combination had mild effects but nothing special as I had a very high tolerance for opioids.

I decided to try Gabapentin at higher doses. Starting with 800mg Gabapentin and 300mg ER of Tramadol I had a very pleasant buzz but that was just a test run. I gauged from that and various reports that 1400mg would be safe to take without adverse effects (I was right) and decided to take 400mg ER of Tramadol in combination this time.

I must say, having tried MANY drugs and drug combinations, this has got to be my favorite. The buzz is substantially euphoric, they blend together beautifully. I feel very serene and uninhibited with a very nice buzzing body high that radiates throughout my entire body. A much more 'orgasmic' opioid buzz than I would normally get from Tramadol due to its different mechanism of action in comparison to other opioids. I am relaxed yet awake without any sort of nod or overwhelming drowsiness and can tend to get restless at times, but nothing extreme by any means and it can actually be enjoyable at times. Each drug makes the other last longer and the buzz lasts a good 5-6 hours after the high starts, with peak effects kicking in anywhere between 45 mins to 2 and a half hours after ingestion and beginning to wear off 2 and a half to 3 and a half hours after that.

I am an every day pot smoker as well and that just adds to the effects and makes it that much better, as it does with all other drugs (unless I've taken too much) especially opioids. After GabaTramming I introduced the combo (Minus the pot, as he no longer smoked it at the time) to the same friend who I bummed the Gaba's to and we have since done it many times. He has tried most of what I have as I bum him any pharmaceuticals I can and we do our hard drugs and binges together and he agrees that this is one of the best and purest highs around.

We have hookups to 90+ % pure coke, we've done many high powered opioids, DXM, mushrooms, Salvia, a whole array of sleeping pills, Zanaflex, cyclobenzaprine, Barbiturates, hypnotics and so many more pharmaceuticals and combinations. I really dont have the time or mental capacity to name them all right now without taking hours of thinking and remembering.

Anyways, it may not have the raw power of Coke or E, but it is so much cleaner and smoother with 0 hangover or negative comedown, in fact the come down is fucking fantastic, with the sleep following being incredible every time. Opioid sleep but amplified. Its like hibernating. I sleep 5 hours I feel like I've had 10. I sleep 10 I feel like I've had 15. To me, it kicks the shit out of Cocaine and virtually any other drug or combo I've tried, even Tramadol and Coke, due to the length of the buzz and 0 negative aspects, with the high being so smooth and coddly. Can't speak for Ecstacy as I have yet to try it.

Sorry if this isn't written well, I'm stoned and tired but again it wasn't intended to be a story, just trying to give a brief telling of its effects.

I have very high tolerances to these meds.
