I took 16 tablets of Coricidin HBP, i'm not sure exactly how much DXM that is, i know that each tablet is 30 mg, but not all of that is DXM. I did that and tripped pretty hard. Then 48 hours later i had to get a urinary drug scan at the hospital. I've read a lot about DXM causing false positives for opiates and PCP, but everything came back fine for me. So I'm not sure if i got lucky or if it isn't true about DXM causing false positives. Or perhaps it only will if you take the test while on DXM. I'm not sure.
