DOSE: |
1010 mg | oral | DXM | (liquid) |
Repeated joints/cigs | smoked | Tobacco - Cigarettes |
BODY WEIGHT: | 175 lb |
In calculating my dose, It ended up around 13mg/kg, which is just under 4th plateau, but adding cannabis to the equation tends to notch that up. My friends took smaller, but semi-large doses as well, and I chugged down the robo all at once. Everything in memory within 20 minutes of ingesting it is very hazy, but i will try to my best to describe the theme of the experience.
One of my companions is diabetic, and we thought it would be funny to test my blood sugar after drinking that much robotussin, so we tested it, and it landed at 165 or something, which is high for a non-diabetic, we all laughed a bunch, and then everything just started to RUSH out of clarity.. I got very confused and I don't remember alot clearly after the blood sugar test.
Another of my friends arrived shortly after this when I was outside having a cigarette, and apparently his gf of over a year had just ended the relationship with him. I was becoming very robotized and disassociated in the middle of this conversation, and I started to cry. I didn't know what else to do, I was completely confused. The DXM continued to rush in stronger, and I don't have much sensory memory after this.. not for another 3-4 hours.
From the account of other, sober people that showed up throughout the night, I was walking around doing things, changing CDs, etc.. but I was commanding one of my sober friends to do things for me because I couldn't read or see. They described my speech as cryptic and stupid. I have vague memories of doing things 'in' my body that night... from my perspective, I was out in the clouds behind the house, staring down on brief images that would appear from 'in' my body, then flying back out into the clouds, while my vision and existence grayed away. I can't even describe this feeling, it's beyond words, but it is horrible.
