Went into this a lil bit nervous, due to previous experiences...

I boiled roughly a half oz. blue lotus / sacred lotus in 2 cups water, boiled again 2x's, discarded extra material, let sit in fridge over night roughly 8 hrs. Around 1:30 p.m the next afternoon I consumed exactly 1 tall glass full. Great smooth taste, not bitter at all.

T-20 mins. Body temperature rises, hot flashes.
T-30 mins. Feel a numb sensation come over.
T-1hr. Numb, sweaty, hot flashes, feelin a bit nautious.
T-3hrs. Same.

Skip ahead till around 8 hrs in. Same... stoney, numb, hot, nautious, but feelin rather stimulated, motivated. Started having open eyed visuals of a white/off white spirit figure pacing back and forth in my hallway. The spirit figure then persists to sit on top of me, making me feel very uncomfurtable.

T-10 hrs in and I finally force myself to fall asleep. Slept at ease woke up feeling very glowy, happy. At $7.00/oz. it was totally worth at least trying.
