I had had a fantastic first time experience with 2C-B a few days earlier than this experience and the guy I'd got it from told me that he now had some 2C-E in stock if I wanted some so naturally I jumped at the opportunity to sample this cousin of a substance I had thoroughly enjoyed previously. Now my previous experiences with drugs had been cannabis, cocaine, MDMA, LSD, Psylocibe mushrooms, Diazipam, Temazepam, salvia and most recently 2C-B.

I was working with my supplier and he was dropping me off at home so we called in at his place and I collected three capsules, each containing 13mg of 2C-E, he then drove me home and I went straight up to the bathroom and put the shower on. My 2C-B experience was with 3 pills, 2 of which I swallowed and the remainder was crushed and insufflated the effects of which were first felt in about 15 minute, so I assumed that the 2C-E would take a similar length of time to start, how wrong I was.

I put the shower on to warm up, undressed and emptied the contents of one of the capsules on to the tiles of the bathroom window sill, I noticed that it was a coarse powder quite crystal-like so I chopped it up a little with a credit card and snorted it. My GOD did it burn my nose and sinuses felt like I'd set fire to them but I didn't mind because I'd felt a similar sensation when snorting 2C-B and MDMA so in to the shower I went. I started by washing my hair and as I rinsed the lather off with my eyes closed in the water stream I felt the beginnings of the body-load and a little wobblyness when I opened my eyes the OEVs hit me like a freight train. WOW!!! the tiles zoomed away and began to bend and slide past one another, tracers and coloured auras dominated my vision. It had been less than 5 minutes since I ingested the drug and I was already tripping hard. I began to worry that I had taken too much but having extensive experience with other psychedelics I composed myself and finished washing myself, which was no mean feat because between the warm water dripping from my body and the tracers I felt as though I was melting.

Luckily for me I was comfortable in the head-space otherwise I'm sure I would have freaked out at this point. I climbed out of the shower and wrapped myself in towels which felt incredibly soft next to my skin, I was still aware of the burning sensation in my nose and sinuses but was distracted by the incredible body-load and increasingly intense visuals. It being late at night (around 3am) I went into the bedroom and laid down on my bed still wrapped in towels and turned the tv on with the lights left off, the flashing and colours from the tv picture on the walls and ceiling was fantastic, fractal patterns and shifting mosaics filled my senses and the body-load intensified. After around half an hour I had dried naturally and decided I'd get under the covers. The bedsheets felt so good, I was feeling tactile sensations like I had previously done on large doses of MDMA (300mg+). The OEVs were awesome so I decided I'd try the CEVs, I laid back and shut my eyes.

ZOOM!!! I was fired from a psychedelic cannon into a kaleidescope of vivid colours which shifted and slid over one another forming repeating, tesselating patterns which spun, locked, changed direction then morphed into fractals and I swam in this sea of sensation for what felt like a lifetime. All the while my heart beating in my chest like the bass drum of a marching band but with the speed of the snare. I twisted and writhed in pure ecstasy everything was linked to every sense. I could taste and smell the swirling colours I felt every pattern change and direction shift as a gravitational pull from various directions in a similar way that I had felt from Salvia trips but more controllable. If I wanted to go one way I could, if wanted the colour to be more red it was. I opened my eyes, I felt as though I was dropped back into the real world but soon enough the OEVs returned, with a vengeance! I keep rats and their cage was in my room by the bed I watched then avidly, the had come out of their nest to see what was going on (my breathing was very heavy and I had been writhing on the bed while I had my eyes closed). They looked concerned to me. I opened the cage and petted them for a while, this seemed to calm them and they went about their business in their cage, I watched as they rearranged the sawdust in their cage and played with their toys, all the while in awe of the shifting and morphing patterns on every surface I looked upon. After a while my rats went back to sleep and I tried to watch tv for a while, I couldn't work out what was on and the actors faces were morphing and changing in disturbing ways so I laid back and closed my eyes again, catapulted back into the maelstrom of fluid colours. I laid on my bed. By this point I had peaked and was riding the plateau, I remained laid flat on my back until sleep took me. I have no idea how long this may have been because with letting myself fall completely into the CEVs. I lost all sense of self, I became the swirling colours and felt at peace with this.

I awoke late the next morning at around half 10 feeling a little drained and floaty, similar to the feeling I got from MDMA and LSD, I went downstairs and made breakfast all through out the day I kept getting little tracers and mini flashes of patterns in surfaces which disappeared when I tried to focus on them.

I vowed to try this substance again but in smaller doses, I consumed the remaining capsules over two days a few days later.
