Well ive been trying to get a hold of absinthe for a long time. first time border patrol seized it and i gave up looking for a few years then I got a wormwood absinthe extract off a certain auction website this wormwood schnapps.

To make sure that the extract was legit I looked at the label which said 'absinthe' and the rest was written in german. I heard before absinthe smells like licorice so I expected when I took a whiff to smell like red licorice but it smelled of strong black licorice. So I was pretty sure the stuff I got is good.


I poured the extract into a 750ml bottle of vodka which made it have a 35mg thujone content. Then I added the becks wormwood schnapps which made it 70mg per 750ml bottle. (Thats double the thujone content of normal absinthe).

I took two shots with water and sugar (the traditional way) and I fealt it within 20 minutes. You know how when you drink rum compared to whiskey or vodka you get a little difference in the feeling. well I have vodka absinthe and it didnt feel like vodka, but it didnt feel like I was on something hard or intoxicating either.

four shots later and I was feeling a little drunk but nothing out of the ordinary as far as an alcohol effect goes. Then I went to sleep and I noticed closed eye hallucinations (or shapes) in green. You know when you close your eyes and rub them and you see a whitish blue tint, or when a camera flashes and your eyes have that dot. Well my tint was just like that only green which was unusual, and only my eyes were closed.

And that was it, no big deal really. worth a try.I believe some people can get messed up on it easier, as for me im on mood stabilizers so they may have dulled the effects.
