I take Methadone every morning for chronic pain. After the years of roller coaster riding Hydrocodone, it has been a Godsend. My dose began at 10Mg. daily three years ago, and I am now at 40Mg. Daily. I can function without euphoria, as long as I take my prescribed dose, and tell my Dr. when the nightsweats begin, which means I need to go up on my dose.
