I heated all the plant materials in a pot for 30 mins on medium-low, strained then repeated several times, then reduced the amount to a cup size. I'm a daily kratom user as for I have a small tolerance towards kratom.
0:00 Drank the horribly bitter tea.
0:22 Started feeling warmness in muscles and a slight euphoric feeling and heavy eyes
0:40 Put some music on and started to enjoy music more then usual.
1:00 took 5mg's of melatonin
1:30 Start to feel the melatonin kick in and increase the effects slightly making me space out.
2:00 Effects are slowly dieing down yet still feeling relaxed.
2:30 Effects are nearly gone but still there.
3:00 All effects are gone now just tired and off to bed.
