This took place at a party in an old flat (which I a while after was told harboured a ghost). This was 2009 when I was 48 years of age, and I was there with a young guy of 25 that I was mad about. I had not felt lust for years, and I was infatuated although I did not show it. He was a very handsome guy who had done modelling, but not too bright, except streetwise. My emotions were mixed up, since I was deeply moved by his love for his mother whom he had lost in his late teens. Apparently I did resemble her, both physically and personality-wise. She had been a beautiful and quite dominant stripper.

Before we went there he had made me promise not to do anything foolish in front of his father, who was my age, and lived with the owner of the flat, a woman of 24. He had not seen his father for a while and wanted to make a good impression.

As soon as we entered the flat I felt sort of silly as I was the oldest woman, but after a few shots I felt better. I got drunk fast as I was drinking fast. The hash pipe appeared and I drew heavily. It was years since I had smoked any Cannabis, and years since I got that drunk as well.

We smoked a few pipes and I must have smoked the most, fast and hard.

Eventually I had to visit the toilet. As the flat was old and irregular in shape, so was the bathroom. As soon as I had sat down on the toilet I accidentally switched off the light… After I was done I lost track of where both the switch and the door were, and looked around in confusion and growing fear. I began to feel that the others had forgotten about me. The window seemed the type that couldn’t be opened. It entered my mind that there was a hidden door behind a bookshelf. First I tried to find the secret knob or latch to open it but as my fear grew I began banging the wall and yelling. Hearing the others talk and laugh from afar increased my fear. I was now almost sure that the others had planned to leave me there forever! It felt like a crazy fairytale!!!

I had made my way to a shelf next to the real door when it burst open. The woman came in, quite concerned and the moment after my boyfriend. When he saw that I had torn down a few things on the floor he became furious. I did not care as I was free again. Afterwards I have been laughing about what happened. It was not a real bad experience as I did not experience any bodily discomfort which has happened many times when smoking cannabis, in particular marihuana. That I escaped this is probably due to the alcohol which numbed my senses. I had only experienced fear, which was increased by a bodily sensation I could not escape: the usual dryness of mouth. It did not occur to my confused mind that I could drink tap water and did not even attempt to find a latch to the window. I was just panicking but mildly. It could have been worse.
