I will keep it short and sweet. I read a number of experiences in the vault to prepare myself for my first interaction with Salvia. I have had lots of experience with both psilocybin and LSD, but this experience was not comparable to either of them. Those experiences were at times daunting and scary, but were ultimately pleasant and within my control.

Smoking Salvia was a completely different experience. I put on a blindfold immediately after smoking, and lied down in my bed. The next thing I was aware of, it was 5 minutes later, I had sweat through my blindfold, and I remember thinking to myself 'Oh Christ, I'm never touching this shit again'.

Speaking as a person who has experienced multiple psychedelics, this was the most unpleasant ride I have ever been on. If one wans to expand one's mind, I recommend doing it in more than 4 minute intervals of sheer terror.
