Backstory: I heard about 4 ACO DMT from a friend, who we will call K, who had done it a few times before and said it was a mix of shrooms and MDMA, I thought it’d be pretty interesting and we could get it for free so all the better.
After a week of first learning about it myself, K and our other friend M end up going to do it at our other friend R’s house. R and K have done it multiple times and are both very knowledgeable about drugs, so I trusted them and didn’t ask how much was in the pills, I am still not sure how much we ended up doing. At first I was slightly nervous because it was my first psychedelic and was unsure how it would affect me. After they had all done it I figure I would just go for it which was around 9:30.
After chilling for 20 minutes I started to feel slightly high which reminded me of a more intense and enjoyable marijuana high. I would look at M’s phone which is a picture of a bonfire and it would move and come to life. I would also look at K and start laughing for no reason, and K and M would laugh with me, by this time I really could tell it was hitting me because the room started to form crystal like shapes on the ceiling and colors were intensified. I wanted to go home because I thought I would have a better trip if I was in a more familiar environment and R was still not feeling it. M and I decided we would go but K would stay with R and stay there for the night. As we walked home we talked about how amazing this was and how all the colors were beautiful to look at and how the street lights could bounce off everything. It was one of the highlights of the trip.
Once we got home I was seeing patterns everywhere and in everything I saw, M had a blue and red trail that reminded me of old school 3D glasses. Everything seemed to be amazing, funny, eye opening and interesting. I couldn’t focus on anything for long periods of time but could just lay there and talk while watching things warp and wave in front of my eyes and draw things on a white board. We put different music on and the music seemed to intensify visuals and it was like I was hearing it with new ears. The laws of time and space seemed to be gone, 5 minutes became 30 minutes and the room was much bigger than before.
Around 1 am (3 hours of tripping) M and I became tired of laughing at nothing. After the thought of tripping for so long entered my brain it could/would not leave, I could only think of being tired of it even though it was still enjoyable. As I walked into the other room to change the music to lift the mood I hear a loud sound from the other room, I wasn’t sure if M dropped something or hit something so I walk back out and M, while laughing, tells me he just puked. At this point I wasn’t freaking out because I wasn’t sure if this was normal or not and was hoping it would just pass. M preceded to puke in the bathroom for over 30 minutes while I laid in bed with overly intense visuals and the fear of “What if this never ends?” and “Why did I do this to myself?” with bad stomach discomfort, at this time K comes home having to had walk back by himself because his stomach discomfort overwhelming and didn’t want to trip alone.
We all sat in the room and started to comedown together and talk about the experience, the visuals started to fade away and only had some waves appear and color distortion and it was over approx. 3 – 3:30 (5 ½ of tripping). Overall it was a very unique experience and not my last into phyedelics, and would possibly do that again with some stomach relaxer now knowing what it was like.
