This all started in my dorm. I had shaved off a ~6mg dose off a 40mg opana pill and snorted it, and smoked a bowl of good weed before heading off to class on my skateboard. I had no opiate tolerance at the time so the 6mg dose of oxymorphone had me feeling pretty good.

I sat through my class and afterwards hopped on my skateboard to head back to my dorm. I knew I was a little messed up, but I decided to try and do a 180 off a curb on my way back.. even if I fell it would only be a short fall and I probably wouldn't get hurt.. right?? WRONG.

I fell backwards onto my right arm, which was fully outstretched to catch myself. Right when I hit the ground I heard a *pop* and knew something was hurt. I staggered to the side of the road in the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. I've broken several bones and had some other bad injuries but nothing compared to this. The opana didn't make any difference, in fact, as soon as the pain started I could no longer notice the opana at all.

Some people called an ambulance, and as I waited the pain only got worse. One of my friends came up and comforted me, and road in the ambulance to the hospital with me.

Once I got there, I had to wait in agonizing pain for another 30 minutes before they finally got an IV in me and injected me with morphine. They gave me 4mg IV morphine (probably about 2.5 hours after snorting the opana) which gave me quite a strong opiate rush but really didn't do much to alleviate the pain.

Then they injected me with 40mg propofol and started the process of putting my arm back in place. The propofol made me feel very relaxed and woozy, like if I had taken a strong dose of xanax or some other benzo. They started pulling on my arm and I was SCREAMING in pain, begging him to stop but he just kept pulling, and kept telling them to inject me with more propofol. They told me they had given me so much I would surely not remember any of the experience.

Well I did. After finally hearing a *pop* and my arm went back into place, I relaxed a bit but the pain was still extremely sever.. Over the next 15 minutes it dropped to a fairly tolerable level. The propofol wore off rather quickly and I was discharged later that day with a prescription for 20 5mg vicodin pills.. I spent the next few days popping the vicodin pills and snorting opana to cope with the pain in my shoulder
