DOSE:
21 mg oral 2C-E (capsule)
BODY WEIGHT: 160 lb
10pm: Ingested 21.0 mg 99.8% pure 2C-E orally (gel-capsule)

10:30pm: arrive at concert. It's electronica/rock fusion with lots of strobe lights and other visuals to help bring on the trip. At this point I begin to feel sweaty palms.

11:00pm: VERY sweaty palms, a slight tingling sensation throughout the body. No visuals yet.

12:00am: Begin to see colour trails when moving around. Music is completely unaffected. Some objects are quickly distorted. No mindblowing visuals at all. I begin to feel intoxicated (i.e. drunk) in that my balance is somewhat off. This may have been a result of some mild dehydration during the concert. As soon as I take water, I feel horrible stomach pain and strong nausea. Considered taking Odansetron (Zofran) as an anti tumeic but since 2C-E is a 5-HT antagonist, there is a possibility of a negative drug interaction. Instead, went to the bathroom and vomited.

1:00am concert ended. Riding on train to friend's place I begin to experience extremely unpleasant time dilation. 40 seconds feels like eternity and then the next minute 40 seconds feels like 10 seconds. Sounds speed up and slow down frequently. My thoughts start becoming very strange and accelerated. It's almost as if my mind is processing thousands of thoughts per second. This feeling persists through 3am with some fractal visuals when eyes closed.

3:00am time dilation is less intense but the extreme 'brain load' of thousands of thoughts rushing past me is starting to become too much. Can't sleep at all so I take melatonin (checked for interactions first).

6:00am Still cannot sleep. The trip has become unbearable at this point but has reduced in intensity significantly since 3:00am.

8:00am (estimated) finally fall asleep.

Overall I hated the trip. Not only were all the effects horrible but there were hardly any visuals. The worst thing was the rush of thoughts trying to overtake my mind. Whether or not I fought this 'confounding' sensation, it was debilitating mentally.
