Spending the night at a friend's house who is very experienced with Opana, even at the highest dose of 40mg. Hanging out in his bedroom in a dimly lit setting with music playing and his xbox 360 on a large tv. The room was a comfortable temperature. He cut me out a line of Opana 30mg, about an 1.5in long and I insufflated, followed almost immediately by a slight euphoric sensation that intensified over the next half-hour to 45 minutes.

At the peak (about 2-3 hours in) I had a full euphoria and a slight numbness to my extremities. Woke up with a slight hangover that consisted of a headache and some nausea but it all subsided about 30 minutes after waking up.

Overall an incredible experience, but I don't think I will ever do it again. It's still on my mind and I felt withdrawal (albeit slight) the next day.
