After trying salvia once before I decided to do it again, the first time was 10x and really didn't do much other than the 'giggles'. Me and my friends decided to split the cost of 1g of the 40x extract, this, I decided would work better.

After a walk to a more secluded spot, a Scottish field edge with trees and a small stream, we were ready. There were four of us and we were passing round the bong after 1 hit each. I am now aware that the method we used wasn't the most effective (should have taken several hits in succession). Apart from that mistake, I did it right, I took a big hit, I held my breath for as long as possible and I kept the smoke deep in my lungs. The effects did not hit me immediately like in all the videos on online, it took a minute or two to kick in.

At first I felt mildly high, giggleing at random things, this escalated for about a minute until a climax. Apologies for the following description as words don't quite describe it but I'll do my best. The place were I was sitting kinda faded out, the snow stopped being cold and the stream noises crescendoed, I was uncontrollably laughing and kicking and waving. No visuals just euphoria that in real time lasted about a minute, a lot longer on salvia time. I said things faded out, I was not conscious of this until after the climax when, still laughing hard, the world faded in again and I actually realised what I did. Its hard to explain but unlike the sober world were you experience things as they happen, on salvia, whilst still aware of things, they seem to be processed after the climax in a more retrospective light. After that I just waited for my friends to stop talking about dragons and reflect on what happened. After about 20 minutes the effects had worn off completely and I decided to drink the bong water, some say it fucks you up, so naturally with my teenage open mind and curiosity I drank it all, yes all of it, bout half a litre. SALVIA BONG WATER DOES NOTHING. I am telling you this because it is not worth the feeling afterwards, not of psychoactive chemicals but of 'fuck that tasted horrible','im gonna puke'.

So overall I would rate it a 7/10 only because I didn't expect those effects (I hoped to trip), the effects are short lived and the cost is a lot.
