Citation: undercoverchemist. "Nice Social Plant: An Experience with Hydrangea & Rum (exp96702)". Erowid.org. Sep 18, 2016. erowid.org/exp/96702
I had been reading that the common garden plant hydrangea could produce a mood change not unlike cannabis. I had previously tried a joint of hydrangea leaves with inconclusive results, however I really liked the sound of shower water going down the drain for some reason.
I had a friend coming over that night to watch a movie, but we had no movie. So we decided to experiment while we chatted. I had a joint of hydrangea and about 3 shots worth of Bacardi in a water bottle. Another friend shared my hydrangea with me and the girl that came over. They seemed to loosen up a bit but immediately after the joint and rum I felt great. It's not like I'm a lightweight to rum or anything because I've had experiences before. I was very social and bubbly. I didn't really want to listen to music but I feel like it would be a great party experience. Woke up with no hangover.
