Detailed Notes on Yohimbe

Time of use: July 2012 - present day
Environment of use: Home, work, hobbies, and social gatherings
Effects duration: Generally 8 hours.

I use herbs as a form of meditation. They give a difference in perception of reality which makes it easier to notice types of energy work, specially under the sexual realm. I am a practicing wiccan, and shaman, in which I do alot of energy manipulation under meditation. I make sure to take notes of all emotional, mental and physical effects I am having under herbal use or just mediation techniques.

Organic store in town has many different sexual herbs available. I have been doing my research on yohimbe and and decided to give it a try.

Yohimbe comes in different forms, the true form is obviously the natural state of its bark form. It is shaved off an african tree.
The other form is the extract form which the bark in diluted in high grades of alcohol to extract the effects of the bark. Another form is crushed bark put into a capsule.

I have been using the liquid extract form, and with great results.

Yohimbe increases blood flow to all parts of the body. Especially to the sexual organs, or in my case penis and testicles.
Anything that increases blood flow and oxygen to the penis area can cause an increase in penial size. Which I have reported seem to grow from 6.5' inches in length to 6.75' inches in length. Though I am not sure to report if these effects are only from taking the drug, and not with discontinued use.

I have also to report it, I have had a small testicle infection due to a blood flow problem which would cause pain after sex or ejaculation. After using yohimbe, I have not suffered any pain in my left testicle.

The actual effects of yohimbe are consistent and sometimes erratic. Anywhere from physical to emotion, The consistent effects are as follows:
Warming sensation to the private parts area
More hyper active in mood
Harder, stronger erections.
Increased heartbeat.
More flirtatious to the opposite sex

Some erratic effects are as follows:
Hallucinations, audio & visual ( in high dosages )
Sweating
Very increased heartbeat.

Now I would like to say that the erratic effects are usually just in to high dosage of yohimbe. The hallucination effects are similar to mushrooms, but much more intense when trying to sleep, as they are generally not very noticeable to an awake mind. Though when awake it does seem to make very bright visual environment just like magic mushrooms do, except the pupils are not dilated.

I do not like using yohimbe before sleep, I try to use 8 hours before my bed time. Sleeping while taking yohimble keeps me wide awake, and my mind will concentrate on sexual patterns.

As for the general effects, I find it quiet pleasant. And by pleasant I mean increased vigor and activity just in general for life. Under a calm mind the effects of yohimbe are very fun and useful, though under someone with less discipline I would expect the effects to be to much. In an anxious mind the increased heartbeat would cause a definite panic and displeasure. Yohimbe definitely causes a noticeable sensation to the genital area, and my penis seems to be more full and elongated in its non-erect flaccid form. My penis also seems to be 'hot' to the touch, and more sensitive. It is a potent herb that does what It says it does.

As for sex It makes it very pleasurable. As erections are stronger and last longer, and allow for repeated attempts :). This herb goes very well with any type of tantric, sexual, or sacral meditations.

I would still like to try yohimbe in its raw bark form which is available online at cheap prices, and try smoking it. I expect the effects to be stronger and faster, and probally an increase in hallucinations.
