DOSE:
2 mg   Desoxypipradrol
BODY WEIGHT: 160 lb
Was interested in finding stimulants to help with studying and wakefulness. Saw this was structurally similar to methylphenidate and obtained 250 mg to test it. Dissolved it in 500 mL of water to make a 0.5 mg/mL solution to dose volumetrically with a (needleless) syringe.

Stayed at low doses because of the long half-life of the drug and stories of higher doses leading to people being unable to sleep 16+ hours later. Took several doses between 1-3 mg.

This is probably the least pleasant substance I've ever ingested.
This is probably the least pleasant substance I've ever ingested.
There was no apparent stimulation - if anything I felt drained. It gave me a dry mouth and bad breath, on several occasions, which I've never experienced with any other substance (and I am in good health with good hygiene). It also has a strange, uncomfortable body load - even in a low dosage range.

It has none of the positive stimulating effects of stimulants like amphetamine and methylphenidate, and some nasty side effects.
