I'm about to travel to a malaria heavy region, so I've been taking Mefloquine. Given its reputation of inducing psychosis and suicidal thoughts, I was a bit hesitant to mix with psychedelics.

I had not had any problems with the Mefloquine, although my dreams have been very visually vivid and more memorable than usual. Given this relatively mild reaction, I decided to give DMT a try. I had tried it once before.

This time it was 'changa,' but I'm not sure exactly what that is. I was told that it's a mix of DMT with some sort of herb which makes the experience milder but more visual (hard for me to imagine a more visual experience than DMT).

Hard to say exactly what sort of dose I took: there was a full bowl in the pipe and I smoked as much as I could.

My experience was more or less equivalent to the time I took it without Mefloquine.
