I started meditating regularly like 1 year ago. I reached a level of very extreme concentration that gives me a very intense high upon exhale of breath.
This sensation is comparable to a very intense calm. After I started going into these states while breathing I started getting these natural sensations comparable to a morphine rush.
I have been told I am having a kundalini awakening, the buddhist articles I read said I had entered the jhana.
To reach these states I would suggest concentration meditation daily or whenever you can. It may take months or even years to attain this state.
