Kratom I find is slightly hit and miss, I don't get very high (as in an incapacitated high), but it makes me feel at peace and certainly very euphoric. As for me, I am someone with a little bit of drug experience, and have been looking at some legal ones recently, after a couple of experiences with Hawaiian Baby Woodrose, one of which went very badly, and Wild Dagga; the best out of all these legal alternatives is possibly Kratom. That is if I'm doing it by myself, to be hones I'm not able to have a normal conversation.

I used to attempt to make the tea, but really that's just a lot of effort, and it is a lot easier to buy extracts of the internet. Though it's better to really check out your source. I found mine from an association which is trying to promote the plant as not being used to get high ironically, but whilst I accept that it has therapeutic effects one can also use it recreationally, in the same way that people use DXM or Codeine.

Right now I am currently coming down-ish from what I could say was one of my more intense Kratom experiences. I was pretty drunk from having been out, but after coming home at a relatively early hour I decided that the best idea would be to enhance my night. Whilst I probably wouldn't advise Kratom and alcohol in large quantities, it was not that bad in enhancing the experience. That being said, it's a bad idea to mix anything generally, and it is possibly better to avoid this.

T: 0.00- Drunk 1.5ish grams of Kratom in water having measured it by eye.

0.05- Due to the fact I was already quite pissed from the alcohol I had drunk, when I lay on the floor the room began to spin, but I felt far more drunk than I had before I ingested the Kratom.

0.10- I eventually got up off the floor, and the effects were becoming more intense. I attempted to write a letter to someone and found it quite hard, my thoughts being interrupted by euphoria at some points and I could feel the beginnings of the high.

0.15- I lay on my bed for a long time, not quite feeling normal.

0.20- The effects began to peak, I felt a heavy sedation and must have laid there for at least twenty minutes, although it did not feel like that. Music is fantastic.

0.40- I continued laying there, although I became more active and decided to have a cigarette. This was pleasurable, but possibly because I was relieving a craving more than anything else.

1.00- I scanned the internet, thought about masturbating (odd I know), but didn't have the will. This progressed in a similar manner, I generally felt quite good, not as intense as first, as I write this I have to pause to gather my thoughts. I'm writing this about two hours in.

What I did (mixing, simply because I didn't know what could happen, nor if my Kratom is really Kratom) was, frankly, stupid. After three days of continual use I had what I thought felt like a cigarette craving, but smoking did not relieve it and I realised that I probably ought to not use it so much.

This isn't for getting extremely high, I can still function relatively normally, but if I let myself let go, it can feel extremely good.
