In Kenya, tramadol is really rare and hard to get a prescription for, I got one for severe migraine prophylaxis. Should have been 100mg daily dose but I decided to take four after reading past experiences online and something called the seizure-gap.
0:00(6.50pm)-Popped 3 100mg tablets of Tramadol Hydrochloride with some coffee.
+0:20 -Still nothing, pop a fourth one to see if it would act faster (one of the dumbest things to do fyi)
+0:40 -Felt slightly nauseated, I feel a craving for a menthol cigarette
+0:48 -Feel a nice warm feeling all over, unlike any other high I've experienced. Heart beat increases a little but the calm/chill mood I'm in makes it hard to notice my pulse
+1:30 -The effect is somewhat stronger and I still feel strangely happy and in peace.
+2:30 -A little dizziness occurs but a cigarette eliminates it, surprisingly I still feel the same way with slower co-ordination this time.I take a 15 minute walk which feels like the ground is plastic and my legs are are making slight indents on the ground.
+3:30 -I get a stoned effect where I'm lazy and my legs literally refuse to move, effect never changes. I wonder why it took me so long to discover this. I smile involuntarily listening to A Tribe Called Quest album (low end theory) the music syncs up with the high and I find myself swaying and swinging to the music
+3.45 -Sleep like a fucking baby for 2 hours, I was later informed that I was unsuccesfully woken up by my brother twice
+5.58 -Wake up feeling more energetic with an urge to pee and drink water...the effect has receded but not completely, I realize I'm still smiling and feel oddly light (mass) and start sweating uncontrollably
+7:00 -Effects are completely gone but I still find myself in a good mood
