"Dr. Julie Holland's medical research and therapeutic practice have helped so many people heal from trauma, deepen relationshipos, and find meaning in life. Now she turns her attention to psychedelics and plant medicines, and their potential as growth promoters, life shifters, and meaning makers. She combines science with soul and cutting-edge research with compelling stories of lives changed and psyches mended, in a book that is helpful, moving, and highly relevant to our disconnected and anxious times."
-- Elizabeth Lesser, cofounder of the Omega Institute and bestselling author of Broken Open: How Difficult Times Can Help us Grow and Marrow: A Love Story

"Good Chemistry is a reader-friendly book in the truest sense: from the very first page it befriends us, the readers. It speaks to us plainly and gently, keeps us company, and offers practical antidotes to the estrangement from ourselves and others so endemic in modern society."
-- Gabor Mate, author of In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts: Close Encounters with Addiction
