Text block edges tanned. Front pastedown has an ex-lender's bookplate, front free endpaper has a lending sheet and ex-lender's barcode, free endpaper has a lending sheet, rear pastedown has a lending pocket. Copyright page has 2 ex-lender's stamps and some pen notes. Occasional light staining throughout volume. Plate 21 is loose and just loosely laid in, it has tape residue and heavy tanning from a past repair attempt (also affecting page 226).
