Practical - Simple - Accessible

This video consists of a few preparatory suggestions about loose clothing and breathing and then opens into a spartan, wood-floored studio with two women on floor mats. Though relatively low budget, the film quality is good. The yoga begins with some introductory stretching, holding each stretch for a long time and breathing into the stretched muscles.

Though we've only seen one in the series (Strength), it seemed like a relatively good guide to basic yoga positions and techniques. A useful tool for walking a beginner through a yoga practice...also useful as a home accompaniment to a yoga class.

This video is volume II in a 4 volume set.
