Schedule 1 Plants and chemicals with high degree of risk for social health because of the harmful effect of their abuse, prohibited for putting in practice in human and veterinary medicine. Note that the only plants prohibited in Bulgaria are coca, cannabis and opium puppy. Salvia divinorum is legal, all cacti are legal, mushrooms are legal, etc. Most PiHKAL and TiHKAL chemicals are legal. 2C-B is legal. Psilocybe mushroom spores are legal to sell, but grown mushrooms are illegal to sell or produce with the intention to abuse them. Making an extract from psilocybe mushrooms is also prohibited.
This is the full list in application 1 (application 2 and 3 are lists of medicaments and application 4 is the list of precursors, and practically they are not a big problem to possess, only app 2 and 3 are difficult to buy).
