Abstract
S M Marthai and colleagues report two cases of cerebral oedemia associated with the syndmrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone after ingestion of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA or 'ecstasy'). Their letter is, however, somewhat misleading.
