Abstract
250 mcg. LSD given orally in a doubtful psychiatric case for differential diagnosis. Incipient schizophrenia could be excluded and a neurotic personality with a tendency to organ-neurotic, hypochondriac and hysterical reaction established beyond doubt. The diagnosis was confirmed by the complete success of subsequent psychotherapy. (Cf. No. 409, No. 358).
