Abstract
It can now be said that the prolonged, adverse complications to lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) can mimic any of the psychotic and non-psychotic disorders. In a recent article we attempted a complete classification of those reactions which had been seen as a result of the non-medical abuse of the drug (Cohen, 1966). At this time the sequence of these various catastrophies will be described so that the physician may be aware of the potential dangers during the LSD state and its aftermath.
