Mesoporous silica nanoparticles loaded with fluorescein and capped by a pseudorotaxane, formed between a naphthalene derivative and cyclobis(paraquat-p-phenylene) (CBPQT(4 )), were used for the ive and sensitive fluorogenic detection of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA).
