My evening took an interesting turn with the presence of some psychoactive drugs. A large group of friends and myself had set up our campsite in woods and a good deal of said friends dosed on LSD during the day. I missed out on the drop as I was in town getting more camping supplies. When I returned to the site around 3 p.m. I began drinking rum and coke and beer. I continued to drink until around 8 p.m. when a small group went back into town to get more beer and cigarettes. At this point I was drunker than I really knew.

I ended up not going back up to the campsite and instead went up to my dear friend's house with another friend. He and I have taken many galactic journeys together with LSD, psilocybin, DMT, etc. This occasion however was quite exceptional. The time was about 10 p.m. now and finally some of the alcohol was wearing off and I was feeling a little more grounded. Right when we entered my friend's house he pulled out a small bag of sass. The three of us finished the small amount that was left. I took one very large dip of it and grabbed a beer. I was then handed about a dub worth of psilocybin stems, which I quickly washed down with my beer. We all took our seats and put on some 'psy' music- very conducive for a great trip.

We sat around for about 20 to 30 minutes when I began noticing the effects of the mushrooms and sass. I had a geometric filter on my vision and was thoroughly enjoying the sensation.

This was clearly the perfect time for us to grab the DMT pipe. I was handed the pipe and took a very large hit and held it in for as long as I could. I immediately felt myself blast off. I was launched into a state that felt like I was standing in front of heaven and hell simultaneously. An incredible feeling came over me then that could only be described as extreme self-awareness and confidence. I was Venus, a goddess, untouchable. I moved to the music and began leaving my body. And then I took another hit.

To do this I had to open my eyes and I took a good look at my dear friend. Directly after my second hit I felt a very intense flood of warmth and love. This feeling was very obviously directed toward my friend, I could see our chakras merge within myself. I started breathing more heavily and was really soaking up the sensation and elation of intense, pure love. [For the record he and I have had a slight sexual past together but have remained just friends for the time being. We have exchanged 'I love you's before, and I was pretty sure that I was in love with him prior to this DMT adventure, however there was some doubt.]

After that intense surge of feeling I was certain that I really do love him entirely. I took another hit of DMT and entered a typical DMT induced fractal universe. At this point my friend reached over and just touched my shoulder slightly; I got chills. It took me awhile longer than usual to come down because I didn't want to abandon the feeling.

The next day he apologized for touching me while I was tripping so hard, but he wasn't certain if I was still 'there'. I had become pure vibrations to him and he needed physical evidence of my existence at the time.

I have never felt a love so strong or pure and am nearly certain that it is necessary for me to share this with him.
