P. Viridis meets S. Rue

Day before experience...

After receiving my order of some P. viridis and some Syrian rue seeds I began preparations. I was preparing for both my wife and myself, so take that into consideration with dosage. I put 2 ounces of p. Viridis into a crock pot with about 2 or 3 tablespoons worth of Apple cider vinegar and covered with water, which took about 1/3 gallon and turned on high for 3 hours. I strained the tea into a gallon jug and squeezed the leaf material dry resulting in about 1/6 of a gallon maybe less of tea. I repeated this with the same leaf material, 2-3 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar and about 1/3 gallon of water agitating ever so often. Again strained into the first batch now totaling about 1/4 of a gallon of tea, roughly. I noticed that the leaf material had very little smell or taste at this point so I tossed them in a fire. I placed the tea jug in the fridge.

-11:30 am -day of experience***

I put 2.5 tablespoons of Syrian rue seeds into a coffee grinder until fine, and placed into a baggy. We both took just one level tablespoon each with water. My wife immediately threw most of this up due to the taste, so she took another 1/2 tablespoon worth and kept it down.

After about 30 mins I noticed a mild yet calming head change while smoking a cigarette, so we decided to try a bit of tea. We each poured a 16 oz glass, added a healthy amount of honey for taste and began sipping the tea over a period of about 15 mins. About ten minutes in I started noticing another type of head change so I happily downed the rest and contemplated pouring another but never made it. As I started to feel just a little nausea coming on I saw my wife head to the toilet and yak a bit. I'd say 15 mins after finishing my glass everything was in full swing, a lil higher heart rate, lucid closed eye visuals as well as a very 'open' feeling came over my body followed by a helicopter like noise/feeling on my skin (very enjoyable in my book).

About an hour or so in (although I remember reading the clock I do not remember exact times) I felt that I could go puke and not risk losing the experience with it. So I walked easily to the toilet and purged what I could, the smell was awful and after falling back on my ass from it I steadily stood up flushed and joined my wife on the couch. The visuals ensued with much intensity, doing as I thought 'moved and materialized with different types of thoughts in a relatable way'. The time is 5:30 pm and is noted by my purging the Syrian rue seeds, in one big clump like what I imagine purging a dirty sponge might be like. By 7 pm or so I noted being completely back to sober and was finally able to stomach a cigarette again.

My conclusion is personally tho I purged more than once the enlightenment I received was much worth my while. I was very surprised that everything lasted so long trading 15 mins gazing in the toilet for 5 or so hours of WOW. Definitely worth the $27 I spent on material.

Also there was still about half of what I had made in the jug which I tried a later day with a friend. Problem was we only took about 1 teaspoon or so of the ground rue seeds so all we experienced was a mild uplifting, no visuals or feeling of oneness. Was still nice just a bit of a let down I guess. I do want to get more and try again only reducing the tea from 2 oz of p. Viridis down enough to where it could be put into a smoothie for two in order to get a more profound effect.
