A Mild Buzz
by Catastic
Citation:   Catastic. "A Mild Buzz: An Experience with Catnip (exp107624)". Jul 5, 2016.

0.25 g vaporized Catnip (dried)
    oral Caffeine (liquid)

Method of consumption:

Dry herb portable vaporizer
Temperature: 320 degrees fahrenheit

Dosage: .25g (Dry)
Location of Purchase: Retail store

Other substances taken during experience:

1 can of Coca-Cola ~34 mg caffeine

Time Index: (Hrs:Min)

00:00 to 00:15 - Catnip is vaporized and inhaled
00:10 to 00:35 - Mild buzz is felt in head and stomach
00:35 to 00:45 - Residual feelings of buzz fades

First time vaporizing catnip. Taken with small amount of food.
Sense of feeling calm with little points of euphoria.

The more that is consumed, the more intense the feeling
of calmness. Not all amount was vaporized as there was
no combustion. Taste was bitter, but similar to smell
of catnip. After-affects are similar to 'sobering-up'
after drinking alcohol. Similar to taking a mild sedative.

Dosage equivalents:

Based on extensive experience with cannabis and alcohol,
I would quantify catnip's effects as the following:

1 unit of catnip (.25 g) to 1.5 oz of 80 proof liquor
1 unit of catnip (.25 g) to ~.10 g of 'mids' cannabis

Special notes:

*There is a likelihood of plateauing, meaning that
there is a maximum amount that the metabolism
can process before the effects no longer increase
in intensity.

*Complements cannabis, can be used as filler if low on bud.
