Beautiful, gentle journey with 1.1 g of dried liberty caps amongst gorgeous misty Welsh woodland, and moorland. Hiked, took photos, laughed, shed a few tears. A full day. Really lovely.

Practicalities. Ground up the mushrooms into milk. Actually quite delicious. Had just a light breakfast. Felt well at all times. One hour to the peak. Gentle tracers with my fingers (the classic test!). Back to normal after about 4 to 6 hours. I was hiking up and down some steep slopes. All absolutely fine. Must’ve walked about 4 miles. Put my phone on Airplane Mode but took endless photos and video. I was on my own but never felt alone. I also had 20 mg of cannabis edibles which nicely augmented the whole experience.

I think for an outdoor journey in beautiful surroundings, this was about the perfect dose although I think I could comfortably have had a little more.
