I had been taking the SSRI escitalopram for over a month at 10mg, and ingested a good 80g of fresh cubensis. The effects came on quickly, but failed to progress as I would have expected from such a dose. I would say that the effects were at least halved by the SSRI from what I would normally experience. I have experienced a vast reduction in the effects of MDMA whilst also taking this SSRI.
