Within a few minutes I had a slight mood lift and a LOAD of energy!
I felt like I could run a marathon!
Okay, it's nothing dramatic, but it was still worth it.
Effects wore off after about one and a half hours.
This suggests that some types of tea can give a buzz and others can do nothing at all. One just have to pick the right tea. Earl Grey is one.
