DOSE:
1 hit oral LSD (blotter / tab)
    oral Mushrooms
BODY WEIGHT: 300 lb
June 21st 1997 - recovering from MS exacerbation on 3 months at parents home. Lost bladder control during exacerbation. No medical clearance to drive, to walk 30' it took my aprx 20 minutes due to MS plaque damage in gray matter.

That evening I dosed w/ tab of paper, one cap/stem of mushroom. Depressed state of mind due to illness but felt good on conducting experiment upon my brain. Not the greatest of health at 300lbs, 6'2' tall.

On evening in question, ran through the woods, no use of cane. I was a mountain bike while balancing on both pedals. I do have 4 witnesses to report observing what happened.

Entering into June 22nd, life had improved greatly, could move faster, balance had improved almost 80% and upon second set of MRI images- neurologist at time in Maine stated, 'I'm not sure of what you did do, but the plaques have almost become non existent.' So he then presrcibed me sansert medication (derived from ergot). That medication is horrible by the way.

I have MS and I have every INTENTION to perform such an experiment again when needed.
