I was with my brother and his friend and a friend of mine. We had decided to take the mushrooms at the top of this local mountain and then hike to a boulder field called 'the bat caves'. We each were going to take half an eighth which the others did, but I took more, because I was trying higher and higher doses at the time.

We stood at the top of the mountain, (which gives a 260 degree view of the surrounding farmland and bay), next to our car and smoked a blunt with some stranger who had a amazing dog that loved to do back flips on command. The onset of the trip was hazed by the weed, and so we started off down the trail to the caves. We walked for what seemed like 20 min or so and then stopped as the trees grew thicker. I started feeling pretty mushroomed out at that point with some visual effects and audio distortion. My friend did not want to go any father because the lower branches of the pine trees which the forest was comprised of had formed a steel like lattice above us. I could feel his terror so we turned around and headed back for the car. As we walked up the hill which we had come down, I felt a sharp thrust in my mind. It felt like someone was trying to force their way into my mind without my consent. I was angry and thought (for some reason) that it was my brothers friend that was doing it through telepathy. I jumped to many conclusions that day. I told him to 'knock it off', and he did not really respond which did not alleviate my suspicions. This mental attack was frequent until we reached the trailhead where we started.

Then I thought my brother and his friend were planning to kill me (again, jumped to conclusions because of the combination of the timing in the conversation and the mental attacks I was experiencing). After a bit of yelling I accepted death and after which the attacks ceased. The attacks were replaced with a voice. They voice was masculine for sure, and seemed old. By this time my brother had become freaked out, having not done mushrooms much before this and not dealing well with the potency, so we sat in the car and listened to music per his request. The voice in my head then started laying down the agenda. That was a striking thing about it. It had an agenda. It did not feel like my subconscious. It did not bother talking about my problems and failings as I had experienced in other trips. Instead it got down to the business of telling my about how 'long ago knowledge touched down in the east' (which felt like India) and that a great change was coming. I remember asking 'the voice', 'What should I do?'. It replied simply .'wait....just wait'.

I felt very good through the entire conversation, because it felt like I was talking to an alien of some sort and I was really excited. Then my friend threw up, my brother freaked out, called my dad and had him come pick us up a the bottom of the mountain, but not before my brother proceeded to drive us frying balls down a mountain road at high speed.
