Facing a hernia surgery in a few weeks I had given up cannabis and had been fasting a while.
A big handful boiled 20 min in tea before bed. Fell right to sleep. BAM!!! Woken from a dream that my wife had placed something over my head into the ceiling, perhaps dreaming of a newly installed ceiling fan in bathroom, I felt deathly afraid that something was going to hit me in the head in my somewhat weakened pre-surgery and fasting state. I had been running through the house covering my head looking for cover. My wife was confused and half asleep but a little alarmed at my irrational behavior. When I came to a little while later I settled into bed afraid to sleep, near terrified. I fell right to sleep again and dreamt vividly and more pleasantly of hunting tools and people at work.
I have taken this dose many times and have had lucid dreams but this was the first time I would say that it brought on a nightmare. Perhaps dreams are more intense without cannabis and the potent was stronger when fasting. Cannabis sometimes inhibits my dreams.
Felt great in the morning. I believe that cannabis and a full stomach weakens the effect.
