Sedative; Anxiolytic; Treatment for Indigestion & Cramps
DESCRIPTION
A commonly used herb with a long history of medicinal use. There are two primary species, one (Roman) is a perennial while the other (German) is an annual. Both bear similary yellow and white flowers.
