Abstract
The pyretogenic effects of LSD and 5-hydroxytryptophane in the rabbit were greatly attenuated by previous administration of BOL. After tolerance to LSD was developed, the pyretogenic response to 5- hydroxytryptophane was greatly diminished presumably due to cross-tolerance.
