Erowid.org About
Erowid Monthly
We hope you know how much we rely on the support of Erowid viewers. Now is an extremely important time to be publishing accurate drug information. As the number of psychoactive substances available on the street grows (73 new drugs were ID'd by the EMCDDA in 2012), the need for reliable, honest information is urgent.

Don't let uninformed media be the only voices speaking about new drugs. Be a part of the movement to fight for independent, accurate, and practical educational resources about psychoactive plants and chemicals by joining Erowid or making a contribution today.

Crew Notes
Many corporations match donations made by employees to non-profit organizations like Erowid Center. Even a small donation made through a corporate matching system can make it more likely that others will get their donations matched in the future. Make your employer support independent drug information. Check if they have a matching program!

Currently, the following corporations are matching contributions made to Erowid Center by at least one employee: Adobe, Boeing, Google, Microsoft, Pepsico, and Real Networks.
From the Vaults
After serving over nine years of a 20-year sentence for manufacturing LSD, DMT, and 2C-B in Britain, entheogenic activist Casey Hardison was released from prison on May 29, 2013. Relaxing in the wilderness and hot springs of Idaho with his wife this month, Casey assures us that, "Freedom is Ace!" He will be interviewed via Skype for the Breaking Convention conference in mid-July. Erowid is overjoyed to welcome Casey back home; we celebrate his release by featuring his character vault as our pick for this month's "From the Vaults".
